Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops are getting more powerful. They pass our tests on cleaning and can take care of various floors. Find models that allow you to select from multiple modes, use their charging docks to automatically empty and clean stairs.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The black and gloss gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is among the most impressive mop and robot vacuum combos available. It makes use of lidar to navigate, create maps of rooms and floors (even multiple levels), and works with the free Eufy Clean app to let you set schedules and customize the S1's behaviour.

Prior to each mopping session the docking station of the S1 automatically empties its dustbin and refills the water tank with clean filtered ozonated water. The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water for deep cleaning. The S1 water tank is able to hold up to 12 mopping sessions, however this will differ dependent on how often you use the mop.

The S1 needs periodic maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. It is necessary to regularly wash out the tank that has been contaminated to avoid it becoming clogged. Also, you'll need to clean the swivel wheel and sensors regularly to keep them from becoming clogged with dirt or dust. Overall the S1 is simple to maintain, particularly compared to other models that require more hands-on maintenance.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs' all-in-one robot vacuum and mop is an efficient solution for cleaning. It also comes with a hand-vacuum which can be utilized to clean those difficult to reach areas that the robot cannot reach. There are also two water tanks which are automatically emptied or refilled. It also comes with a variety of useful settings for fine-tuning your cleaning preferences.

The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a good vacuum cleaner. It has a strong suction that can easily remove dirt and other debris that other robots have trouble with. Its navigation abilities are also quite good, though it could get stuck on small mats and rugs in my home (which you can reduce by defining virtual boundaries in the app). The mopping capabilities are quite good as well, with a pair of spinning mop heads that actually lift and scrub floors, as opposed to simply dragging the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station as needed. The mops are also filled at the top of the station as needed.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was launched earlier this year. But their latest flagship model has even more impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-off maintenance which makes it a strong contender on our top robot vacuum and mop list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart detection, and an expanded side brush ensure that a thorough, customized clean is achieved.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up large and small particles from hard floors as well as carpets. It also cleaned our test's dirtiest areas well, avoiding tangled pet hairs and other dirt. The sweeping performance is augmented by a side brush that automatically moves out to tackle difficult-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

Its mops are also awe-inspiring, with 2700Pa of power to tackle dirt, dust, and robot vacuum and mop pet hair on both carpets and hard floors. The Q5 was among the few robots we tested that did not have a problem with high-pile area rugs and carpets. However, it did not pick up kitty-litter or cable tangles. This isn't too surprising because it doesn't have AI-powered obstacle-avoidance features.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the quietest robovacs we have tested. It also uses a unique system to map your home this really helps it get into corners and tight spaces that other vacuums can't reach. The device also stores dust in a larger bin which means you have empty it less frequently. Additionally, it has washable filters that further lower the expenses associated with using the device.
