Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece of equipment and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.

For example, the elite racial shield Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired like armor, weapon, or rings. This swaps the current item for another similar item with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't keep the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.

The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment for example, increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can reroll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the Best item upgrader to a higher quality. To create them, you need an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays on the space until the next Success result is repeated. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of every Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened they will display a complete description and an icon for the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's store will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

During the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This affects which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. They can also be purchased by players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item upgrader mod's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. This makes it an excellent way for players to get an advantage in combat without straining their accounts. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto the new gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to get them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It's done by the combination of an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade materials and give the item an increased level, which gives the item a boost in that area. The process will continue until the item is at its highest level.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon next to their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components do not stack with one another, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the first is where players can put in an item upgrading to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Once the player has enough items and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. When a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for that track will have discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to provide an added bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ based on the type of item, but you'll typically need Dilithium as well as an amount of Upgrade Tokens.

Item upgrade components can be used to make sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from various sources in the game, such as crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is added to an item, it cannot be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the item's stats.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Some items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but because it allows players to get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will put an item in your inventory after you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
